CARREER

European lawyer with more than 30 years transactional work experience. Qualified as a solicitor in the banking department at Clifford Chance, having acquired cross border legal project management skills at the European Investment Bank, she progressed to head asset management legal and compliance areas at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. She was then appointed as General Counsel to Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A and moved on to leadership roles within the FSGroup in Rome and Milan.
Trained as a civil/commercial mediator, she now assists Italian, English and international clients active in various industries including financial services, funds, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare and life sciences, energy, environmental protection, railway infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, tourism, etc..
