- Igor advises investment funds, asset management companies, UCITS, AIFs, family offices and GPs, in a national and international context. His practice entails frequent dealings with the French regulators (notably the AMF, the ACPR and the Banque de France), assisting foreign sponsors to obtain the necessary authorisations to market their funds or to acquire or set-up management companies and other entities providing financial services.
