CAREER
Kristian Karlsson has almost 15 years’ experience advising clients in the financial services space. He is known for advising clients on matters relating to securities law and financial regulation with a particular emphasis on Fintech, investment funds and investment services and also represents borrowers and lenders in connection with financing transactions. He has worked as a visiting lawyer with Nordea Funds Ltd and as a Consultant in the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.

- Dasos Capital in the formation of Dasos Habitat Fund Ky, a globally unique new type of private equity fund focusing on impact investment in certified forests
- Advising fund managers, investment firms and other providers of financial services in licencing procedures, regulatory investigations and ownership notifications
- Advising in the Finnish law aspects of cross-border merger of EEA UCITS funds to Finnish UCITS
- Nordea Funds in the application of the Finnish AIFMD licence
