Partner and Head of International at SRS, William is highly regarded within the
corporate finance, banking, energy and tech sectors. With more than 30 years of
experience, he advises a wide range of companies on M&A, Private Equity, VC and
Early-Stage transactions.
William actively advises international clients on investments in Portugal, helping
drive growth and opportunities across a range of industries, and has been
particularly active in helping companies establish and run their operations in
Portugal.

- Advised PE houses and strategies on public and private M&A, joint ventures,
and corporate finance transactions, serving global clients such as Apollo, BP,
Cabot Square, KKR, Credit Suisse, and Pai Partners - Advised numerous companies on establishing projects in Portugal in a variety
of sectors including the agribusiness, energy and tech sectors, and in
particular has advised on the implementation of numerous R&D projects
